Google Monitoring Your AdSense Pages?

Next time you check your web access log, look for a strange referral gnome.corp.google.com. It could mean that a Google AdSense representative is conducting a manual quality review of your web site.
The thread about this has been appearing since early last year. GoogleGuy commented on the forum that their employees were surfing on their lunch hour. JenSense, the AdSense guru, disagreed and said that it was more than likely a quality checker.
