Kanoodle, a contextual advertising provider, has separated its search and content-targeted ad busineses. They have recently acquired a domain name registrar. The businesses will be restructured under a parent company called Seevast. The sponsored search links will remain under Kanoodle, but content-targeted sponsored links will live under the new Pulse 360 brand.
